As the Group International Sourcing Manager at Bolton Clarke, Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider, Sara is disrupting aged care recruitment norms. She leads several transformative international recruitment initiatives, including the largest direct employer intake of PALM workers in aged care under the Aged Care Expansion Scheme, setting new benchmarks for the industry.
